Please join us for our first meeting of 2024 to elect the board for the year. Our by-laws hold four offices up every year: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. If you would like to join in on the amazing experience of supporting your neighbors and helping the community please be sure to say so! 

Please also note that voting requires active membership with dues paid. Dues can be paid on this website via PayPal. (Click the Membership tab) If online payment is not an option for you at this time, please contact us to arrange something. 

At this time location for this meeting is TBD. Because of weather and illness we may elect to keep this a virtual meeting to protect our beloved neighbors! Follow-up info is forthcoming and we will notify you as soon as possible!

Please join us to celebrate a year of community, talk about the next year, and have fun! Refreshments will be served.

We would love to chat about electing the board for 2024 and this is a great opportunity to learn more.

Join on Saturday Dec. 2 on Cedarhurst Road (between Arabia and Moravia) for our last Dumpster Day of 2023. Ready your home for a clean New Year or an influx of new things from the holidays. No hazardous materials will be accepted. Dumpsters are usually delivered by DPW around 7am and picked up again by noon.

When it arrives we will alert neighbors via social media on our private Facebook Group and public Instagram.

Please join us at the Lauraville Fair this Saturday 11-6 at Heinz Park! We’ll be there to meet and chat about the neighborhood. We can talk about our last meeting and answer and questions you may have. Please come on down!

This meeting will be virtual with respect to the number of illnesses abound. Please join us over zoom at 7pm on September 27, 2023.

Today is Earth Day and to celebrate we are helping remove litter and debris from our neighborhood. Swing by the 3100 block of Cedarhurst (toward the McDonald’s) for bags, limited gloves and grabbers are available to borrow) and learn about the MWIA if you’re interested!

The full bags will be collected next week (placed by the intersection of Moravia and Cedarhurst) or put out with your regular trash. Thanks for being a helper!

We have scheduled our dumpster days for the year. We are allotted 4 and currently have claimed 3. They go very very fast.

This year we will have a dumpster on the following Saturdays: July 1, July 29, and December 2. Please see our Facebook group for details on locations and any updates. Thanks!

As our bylaws state we hold an election every year for officer positions. Households in good standing (dues paid and having regularly attended meetings) select the board members for the upcoming year. Elections are held in January of each year. Board members who step down from their roles remain on the board as members-at-large for the following year.
